    Hospital for Special Surgery

    The Hospital for Special Surgery in New York suffered an e-mail related data breach, exposing the healthcare records of 647 people to hackers.

    Laborers Funds Administrative Office of Northern California

    The Laborers Funds Administrative Office of Northern California suffered a data breach that was reported March 15, exposing health plan information for 2300+ people to external hackers.

    JASACare

    JASACare, a healthcare provider based out of New York, suffered a hacking incident in March 2016 that exposed the records of 1154 employees and patients.

    21st Century Oncology

    21st Century Oncology suffered a hacking incident at the beginning of March that compromised the records of 2.2 million people.

    Walmart

    The company that acts as a healthcare provider for full-time Walmart employees was hacked in early March 2016, exposing the private records of no less than 4800 people.

    Eye Institute of Corpus Christi

    The Eye Institute of Corpus Christi suffered a healthcare-related data theft incident in February of 2016, compromising the records of 43000 individuals.
