IP ADDRESS BLOCKS REVISED ROUTING (Low Risk)

Dear Valued Customer,

From time to time we must perform maintenance on the Sharetru infrastructure. During the window below, Sharetru will be performing maintenance on the following component(s):

	End Time (EST):	22:15:00 - 23:00:00
	Data Center(s):	Peak 10 CIN1, Peak 10 LOU3
	Component(s):	BGP broadcast of IP Address Blocks
	Impact:	Low

Sharetru has completed a full migration of its hosting infrastructure from the Peak 10 CIN1 data center to the Peak 10 LOU3 data center. This involved moving all public IP addresses and customer data to a new VMware Enterprise Cloud in LOU3. A temporary Ethernet Private Line, acting as a network bridge from LOU3 to CIN1, has allowed Sharetru to continue using Henderson, Nevada as the Internet gateway for all Sharetru IP addresses.

The final step in the migration process will be to change the live Internet gateway for all Sharetru IP addresses to Louisville, Kentucky. This has been scheduled for after hours so as to have minimal impact on Sharetru customer Internet traffic. Downtime is expected to be minimal while the IP address blocks are re-routed to Sharetru's Louisville Firewalls.

NO CUSTOMER FTP SITE IP ADDRESS WILL BE CHANGED. NO SIGNIFICANT INTERRUPTION OF INTERNET TRAFFIC IS EXPECTED.

Sharetru Support will be kept informed of the progress during the maintenance. If you require further information, progress will be posted on the Sharetru Support Center.
